This topic is about appreciating what you have and not comparing yourself to others.
I too have found myself in this condition so many times but i have realized we all have different lives and different journeys, our paths are not the same.
The best advise is to first of all appreciate what you have and count all the things you have because while you are complaining about what you do not have, you will actually find out that you have some things another person does not have.
The more you start appreciating what you have in your life the less depressed you will feel.
